An important point when analyzing eclipses and their effects is to understand that, generally, places where the eclipse is visible will see more effects than places where no visibility happens. It is also important to understand that eclipses have long sprawling effects, instead of immediate ones. New Moons and Full Moons affect the weeks around them, indicating monthly trends; Solar Eclipses and Lunar Eclipses affect the months around them, indicating yearly trends. The effects discussed below are things that will tend to happen in the next 6 months.

Lunar Eclipse at 29° Leo, Uttara Phalguni Nakshatra
This Lunar Eclipse happens in Uttara Phalguni nakshatra, which is related to partnerships, rulers, leaders and those in high positions. The Eclipse will happen in the very edge of Leo, with the Sun about to enter Pisces. Uranus (also about to change signs) will trine the Lunar Eclipse. Also, Saturn is opposing the Moon during the Eclipse.
The overall message of this Eclipse is that of great change. This alignment at 29° is very symbolic of this, with the edge of the signs showing the verge of something new ahead. Uranus is the planet of change and upheaval, favoring a similar message.
The Saturn-Sun combo here shows some interesting points. First the idea of conflict or clash between opposing forces, so the results of this Eclipse will tend to promote conflict and strong opposition. Second, this tends to indicate a weakening of the past, as Saturn represents old things and the Sun’s light and strength will diminish Saturn.
The big message of this Lunar Eclipse is change, transformation, moving ahead and letting go. Major realignments and transformations are possible now. Some changes in leadership could happen, as well as major reforms. Legal issues or battles can similarly figure strongly now.
On a personal level, this Eclipse makes us think a lot about the past. This is the time to make peace with what has happened, disturbed, annoyed or impressed us and move on. We might be thinking a lot about changing habits or making radical transformation.
